Upcoming Speaking Engagements

    Anita Woodward, FACHE, will again be speaking at the annual meeting of Society for Healthcare Consumer Advocacy (SHCA) of the American Hospital Association. She will be co-presenting a day-long session covering the Nine Domains of Practice of Patient Advocates, with special emphasis on Handling Complaints and Grievances. Her co-presenter, Ruth Sullivan, will be emphasizing Data Management.
