Anita
B. Woodward, FACHE
Anita Woodward, president of
A. Woodward & Associates, has over 25 years of healthcare
management, customer service, and human resources experience.
Today, she uses her expertise to help organizations improve
their performance by providing a customized offering of
Customer Service, Employee Relations, and Organizational
Communications consulting services.
Ms. Woodward has successfully designed and
led customer service efforts and complaint management systems
that significantly increased patient satisfaction levels
within individual departments and entire hospital systems.
She has extensive writing and speaking experience. |
| Ms. Woodward is the Past President
of the Healthcare Executives Association of Northeast Ohio,
which is a chapter of the American College of Healthcare
Executives. She is a Fellow of the College. She also served
as the president of the national Society for Healthcare
Consumer Advocacy, and is Patient Advocate Advanced Practice
Certified. Ms. Woodward is a part time faculty member at
Cleveland State University.
Ms. Woodward has an MBA in Healthcare Administration,
and a BA in Organizational Communications, both from Cleveland
State University.

Barbara
Cady
Ms. Cady has over 25 years healthcare
management and customer service experience. She has experience
in team training, development and facilitation, and in telephone
Mystery Shopping. She has worked in Customer Service, Patient
and Physician Relations, Network Development and Practice
Acquisition, and Quality Management. Ms. Cady also has retail
store management, staffing and budgeting experience. Throughout
her career, identifying customer expectations and meeting
those goals have been Ms.
Cady's top priority.

Patrica
M. Gray, Ph.D.
Patricia
Gray is the Vice President of Healthcare Education Initiatives
for Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C). In her role at the
College, she is responsible for the strategic direction
of its health care education programs. She works with the
healthcare community as well as Tri-C’s staff to ensure
that the College is meeting the healthcare provider needs
of the community. |
Prior to joining the College,
Patricia was the president of PMG Consulting, an independent
consulting company that provided organizational development
and training consultation to varied client populations.
Dr.Gray served as the Director of Education and Training
at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland and is currently
a part time faculty member at the Frances Payne Bolton School
of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland,
Ohio.
She serves on several boards and advisory
committees and is certified as a Quality Improvement Facilitator
from the Juran Institute, is a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001,
a facilitator in “Benchmarks” from the Center for Creative
Leadership, Situational Leadership, Managerial Assessment
of Proficiencies, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the
Organizational Culture Inventory.
Dr. Gray is a registered nurse and
received her MSN from Northern Kentucky University, MEd
from the University of Cincinnati and her Ph.D. from Cleveland
State University in Urban Education.
